Yoga for Recovery Saturday, August 31st 12:30-1:30
Yoga for Recovery will include yoga, breath work and guided imagery to help relieve stress while expanding our capacity to be with and experience everyday life and everyday emotions. Yoga-body psychology is a practice that gives you space to cultivate and explore sensations using movement and breath. Yoga becomes an empowering way to rebuild a trusting relationship with self – being present in our bodies.
