Vipassana is a mindful meditation that focuses on observing your thought process, body, and emotions without judgment. You began by sensing each body part starting with your toes and ending with the crown of your head. This makes you aware of your body and your thought process. The judgement process will take place during and in the end, but this is for observation, total awareness.
