Body and Brain Yoga Tai Chi is a Korean holistic approach to health, that improves flexibility, strength, and circulation, through healing the mind and body. The introductory class will include stretching, breathing, and posture exercises to recharge your body and clear the mind. The class will introduce Ki Gong movements to improve circulation and close with a meditation to relax your mind and body. The class will provide principles to help you maintain a positive and productive lifestyle.
