How to Regulate Your Nervous System Saturday, January 20th 12:30-1:30
We will discuss a brief overview of the nervous system, how it interacts with our body and potential effects on daily life. Nervous system hyperarousal can come from stress and trauma and may show up as irritability, anxiety, inability to concentrate, and more. We will go over two practices to help with nervous system regulation. The goal is to have a better understanding of what our body is doing and how to help keep it stable through life’s ups and downs.
