Yoga for Recovery                                                                        Saturday, January 13th    12:30-1:30

Yoga for Recovery will include yoga, breath work and guided imagery to help relieve stress while expanding our capacity to be with and experience everyday life and everyday emotions. Yoga-body psychology is a practice that gives you space to cultivate and explore sensations using movement and breath. Being present in our bodies can be uncomfortable, that is when a trauma-informed approach to yoga becomes an empowering way to rebuild a trusting relationship with self. In this class you will learn somatic-based tools that can be used on and off the mat.
